1Introduction

2Eligibility & Account Rules

To register and use 92r you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

3Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 92r are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved — what you deposit is what appears in your balance, and what you withdraw is what you receive in your mobile wallet or bank account.

Deposits: 92r supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other mobile wallets. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

Withdrawals: To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours. Bank Transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days. VIP members at higher tiers receive prioritised processing.

• Withdrawals will only be released to accounts that have passed identity verification.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 4.
• 92r does not charge fees on withdrawals from our side, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

5Gameplay Rules

92r offers multiple categories of games including slot games, sports betting, fish games and more. The following general rules apply across all game types:

Slot Games: Each slot game operates according to its own rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which is published on the game's information page. RTP rates reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically by the system and the result recorded.

Sports Betting: Sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant match or event. For cricket — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and other tournaments — the official result declared by the match's governing body is used. In the case of abandoned or postponed matches, 92r's individual sport rules apply, which are available on the sports section of the platform. Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.

6VIP Programme

10Account Termination

Closure by you: You can request closure of your 92r account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, any remaining PKR balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Processing may take up to 5 business days.

Closure by 92r: 92r reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or money laundering.
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed after notice is sent to the registered contact details.

In cases of termination due to breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances not linked to prohibited activity will be returned subject to a review period.

11Limitation of Liability

92r provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

92r is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues or device problems on the player's side.

• Any indirect, consequential or financial losses beyond the PKR balance held in the player's account at the time of the relevant incident.

12Changes to These Terms
